Holyoke Public Library

Holyoke, Massachusetts

This renovation and new construction project nearly doubled the size of the city’s century-old library.

The project involved selective demolition of 18,180 square feet of the interior of the original library building, including millwork and flooring, as well as associated plumbing, electrical, and HVAC improvements.

The addition included a 16,000-square-foot, two-story, steel-frame building, as well as all new subsurface utilities, paving, site improvements, landscaping, and other site development.
