For over 75 years, Fontaine Bros. has employed only the best project managers, superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and masons to ensure that each project is completed with dedication, professionalism, and craftsmanship - the very attributes that have become synonymous with our name. From the top down, our field personnel bring a level of experience and commitment to their craft that is unparalleled in the industry. We are the largest construction employer in Western Massachusetts. All of our superintendents and job foremen are OSHA trained and responsible for not only our workforce, but for our subcontractors as well. We enter each job knowing that a safe and clean work environment is also a productive and profitable one.
Self Performing Work
In self performing work, we complete aspects of the job using our own trained and trusted craftspeople. Our union trades people are important members of the Fontaine Bros. team, some of whom have been with us for over 25 years. By utilizing our own crew to perform the labor, demolition, concrete, carpentry, and masonry we guarantee an excellent product while enhancing control over the project's pace. Our crews serve as one of our greatest assets in achieving an excellent product on schedule.

A great construction project is only possible under the direction of a great superintendent. Fontaine's superintendents effectively combine leadership, experience, and knowledge of every aspect of the construction process to ensure that each job results in an outstanding building.
