Fontaine Selected as CM at Bay Path College

Fontaine has been selected by Bay Path College to serve as the Construction Manager on the school's Elliot House Renovation project. The project will begin in December of 2010 and construction will be complete by August of 2011. The work in the existing building will include three floors of interior rehab, new mechanical and electrical systems, a new elevator, handicap accessibility upgrades, and new windows and siding. The project also includes a new addition.
